Project: Membership Management, Order Processing and Accounts Receivable

Alexander Associates was the primary consultant for the design, re-engineering and development of the Holstein Association's business systems including Member Management, Holstein Registry, Order Processing and Accounts Receivable. This project involved a very large scale database (54 GB) involving over 800 tables supporting 450,000 customers and tracking a registry of 15 million animals. Alexander worked in tandem with Holstein's own staff to provide project management, system design, technical direction and application development and deployment. This was part of a major downsizing effort migrating all functions from an IBM mainframe.

A standard accounting package was modified and implemented with full integration with Holstein's Order Processing software.
