Alexander Associates designed and developed this Windows based client/server system that is responsible for the activation and billing of 55,000 cable subscribers in the New Hampshire area. The application supports full work order processing, monthly billing, accounts receivable, and communication interfaces to users throughout the Cable System as well as to remote cable facilities over a wide-area network. Comprehensive real-time communications with General Instrument's Jerrold system is maintained via an Alexander-designed interface using Windows NT and client/server communications with the Oracle database.

This client/server application provides CTV's customer service representatives with an effective GUI client interface for managing subscriber accounts along with interfaces for automated cash remittance processing and electronic communication of monthly statements to off-site printing facilities.
